To check your order status, create an account or log in through your company webstore. After logging in, go to your “My Account” page, where you can view the status of any open orders and your order history.
Make sure your email address is correct and up to date in your billing and shipping information. We’ll send order status emails after each stage: Received, Confirmed, In Production, and Shipped.
