To check the status of your order, please visit your company webstore and log in. Once you've logged in, go to “My Account” by clicking the icon on the top right of the website, then click on the "Open Orders" section, which houses any active orders you may have and includes the most up-to-date status information.
Additionally, status emails are sent after each stage of the order (Received, Confirmed, In Production, and Shipped).
